Minimum Years Experience: 5 Years. 5 Key Skills Required: - SAP SuccessFactors. - SAP Employee Central. - SAP HR Project experience on both - on premise an cloud. - Proven SAP SuccessFactors/Employee Central Project experience (Implementation, Deployment, Roll-Out, Integration, etc). - Based in Ireland and able to travel on-site. 5 Areas of Responsibility: - Gather the requirements from the Business/Stakeholders and design the solutions to align with HR needs. - Configure SAP SF Employee Central module to align with the specific needs of the Business and adapt those solutions to each area of HR. - Participate in system integration with SAP SF modules, external vendors, and third-party systems. - Collaborate and communicate with colleagues locally and globally to ensure successful implementation of SAP SuccessFactors applications across the whole organisation. - Provide post go-live support and training for the end users.
Engagement Type: Hungarian-speaking SAP SD/MM Consultant The successful candidate will take a key role in configuring SAP SD MM modules, ensuring that business processes align with the project’s goals. Experience in the chemical industry is highly desirable, as this will help in understanding the specific requirements and challenges of the sector. 5 Key Skills Required: - Fluent in Hungarian (both written and spoken). - Extensive experience as an SAP SD/MM Consultant, preferably within SAP S/4HANA projects. - Strong experience with configuration tasks in the SD and MM modules. - Previous experience in the chemical industry is a significant advantage. - Ability to work independently and manage priorities within a part-time schedule. 5 Areas of Responsibility: - Configure SAP SD and MM modules according to the project’s specifications. - Collaborate with the project team to ensure the correct alignment of SAP solutions with business processes. - Provide functional expertise and guidance on best practices for SD/MM. - Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to SAP configuration. - Contribute to project documentation, testing, and user training as required.
