Description: We are seeking an experienced SAP Basis Consultant for the role of Technical Service Manager (TSM) to act as a trusted technical advisor and single point of contact for our customers. You will be responsible for managing customer expectations, addressing technical issues, and ensuring smooth service delivery in collaboration with internal teams.

Minimum Years Experience: 5 Years.

5 Key Skills Required:

• Minimum 5 years of SAP BASIS experience with a strong background in support, implementation, and migration.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in German (A1-C2 level certification preferred).
• Strong customer empathy and commitment to customer satisfaction, with the ability to manage escalations effectively.
• Proven experience in managing and optimizing SAP landscapes, including troubleshooting top issues and handling RCA action items.
• Ability to lead technical meetings, manage complex projects, and collaborate across teams for successful service execution.

5 Areas of Responsibility:

• Lead customer meetings and manage technical expectations, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Provide proactive support for technical customer issues, including escalations and RCA actions.
• Bridge communication between internal delivery teams and customers, ensuring smooth service operations.
• Monitor and manage customer landscapes, including capacity management, EWA reports, and technical improvements.
• Act as a trusted advisor for optimizing customer environments, prioritizing critical issues, and identifying improvement areas.
