As an SAP Change Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing and driving the change management efforts associated with the customer’s SAP implementation and transformation projects. You will be responsible for ensuring that the business is fully prepared to adopt and integrate new SAP solutions, maximizing user engagement and minimising disruption.

5 Key Skills Required:
– Proven experience as a Change Manager with a strong background in SAP transformation projects.
– Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, business units, and external vendors.
– Experience in stakeholder engagement, communication, and training plans.
– Strong knowledge of change management methodologies and best practices.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

5 Areas of Responsibility:
– Lead and manage the change management strategy for SAP implementation and related transformation projects.
– Identify change impacts and develop effective change management plans to mitigate risks.
– Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to understand business requirements and ensure alignment with SAP project objectives.
– Develop communication and training plans to drive user adoption.
– Conduct readiness assessments and provide support for business units transitioning to new SAP solutions.
