Change Manager

Engagement Type: Change Manager

As the Change Manager you will be required to establish the Change Management framework to cover Business Engagement, Business Processes, Business Readiness, Communications, Stakeholder Management. Work with the business units to develop Change Plans that ensure a transformation is effectively landed and not just an IT implementation.

5 key skills required:

A minimum of 10 years’ experience of Business Transformation
Excellent communication skills, including executive communications
In depth practical knowledge of ADKAR and/or ‘Make It’ Change Management methodologies or similar
Able to engage and lead Change activities within different functions across diverse locations & divisional cultures
Demonstrable experience of landing Change in complex multi-project implementations

5 Verantwortungsbereiche:

Managing multi-project, multi business Change Boards to include:
Inputs into Managing monthly SteerCo Governance to include:
Liaising with all Stakeholders and users to ensure that Change is planned and executed at each site
Providing progress content for regular communications and working with the internal Comms Team and Programme Team to raise awareness of forthcoming changes
Establish the Change Management framework to cover Business Engagement, Business Processes, Business Readiness, Communications, Stakeholder Management.
