Engagement Type: SAP ABAP Developer

Description: The SAP ABAP Developer role involves evaluating technical needs, providing recommendations, and supporting SAP solutions across ECC, HANA, and Fiori. The position requires effective collaboration across teams, driving issue resolution, and maintaining best practices for SAP development and documentation.

Minimum Years Experience: 5 Years.

5 Erforderliche Schlüsselfähigkeiten:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
• 8+ years of experience in SAP development within large, complex organizations, with expertise in SAP ABAP and Fiori.
• Proven experience in SAP module development, RICEF creation, and migrating organizations from ECC 6.0 to S/4HANA.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative, multinational environment.
• Experience with SAP Solution Manager, ASAP methodology, and SAP Best Practices; ITIL, Six Sigma, and PMI certifications are a plus.

5 Verantwortungsbereiche:

• Evaluate business needs and provide technical recommendations and solutions for SAP ecosystems including SAP ECC, SAP HANA, Suite on HANA, and Fiori.
• Drive issue resolution independently, coordinating with cross-functional teams across geographies and time zones.
• Develop and maintain SAP ABAP and Fiori applications, ensuring best practices in design, coding, and documentation.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, create technical specifications, and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
• Support SAP processes, including SD, MM, PP, WM, FICO, QM, PM, and HR modules, through development of reports, user exits, Smart Forms, BAPIs/BADIs, and interfaces
