We are looking for a seasoned SAP HR Delivery Manager to lead the HR workstream of a significant ERP implementation for a prestigious client based in London. This freelance contract role is ideal for an experienced professional with a strong background in SAP HR and SAP SuccessFactors. You will be pivotal in driving the successful delivery of the HR components of the new ERP system, ensuring alignment with business objectives and seamless integration across various HR processes.

– Extensive experience as a Delivery Manager or Project Manager within SAP HR implementations.
– Proven track record in delivering large-scale ERP projects, with a strong focus on SAP HR modules.
– Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors is highly desirable.
– Strong understanding of HR processes and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
– Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

– Lead the HR workstream in the implementation of a new ERP system, focusing on SAP HR and SAP SuccessFactors.
– Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, HR, and external vendors, to ensure successful project delivery.
– Develop and execute detailed project plans, time lines, and milestones, ensuring that HR objectives are met on time and within budget.
– Manage project risks and issues, proactively identifying solutions and ensuring timely resolution.
– Ensure that the SAP HR solutions align with the overall ERP strategy and meet the client’s specific requirements.
