Minimum Years Experience: 5 Years. 5 Key Skills Required: - SAP SuccessFactors. - At least 1 SAP integration project. - Expertise in working with SAP EC and other areas of SAP SuccessFactors. - Expertise working on Global Scale Projects. - Fluent in English – written and spoken. 5 Areas of Responsibility: - Design, configure and implement integrations between SAP SuccessFactors and other SAP SF and/or HR areas. - Configure and test SAP SuccessFactors and local and 3rd party systems to meet the Customer’s needs. - Define data mapping and transformation rules to ensure data consistency and accuracy between the systems. - Provide ongoing support for integration-related issues. - Communicate the colleagues locally and internationally to ensure successful delivery of the integration.

Engagement Type: Enterprise Architect Description: We are looking for an experienced Freelance Enterprise Architect to support a greenfield implementation in The Netherlands. This will be an initial 6 month contract role with a flexible hybrid working arrangements. Minimum Years Experience: 10+ Years. 5 Key Skills Required: - Aware of latest developments and proven experience with using various tools and environments, including architecture tooling & experience with TOGAF, Archimate etc. - Experience with different industries, such as manufacturing and the high tech industry. - Experience in leading Digital Transformation projects from an enterprise architecture point of view. - Experience with moving from an application centric to data-centric IT landscape and introduce latest technology such as GenAI and ML. - Experience as solution architect. Experience in coaching and guiding solution architects. Experience in leading teams of Solution architects (5 – 10) 5 Areas of Responsibility: - Support the execution of the Digital Transformation roadmap and the transition of the IT landscape towards target state set out. - This includes major changes in Manufacturing, Sales and Marketing, Supply Chain Management, Product Development and Manufacturing. - Lead, guide and coach the solution architects and lead the creation of architectures, when needed. - Make sure their deliverables are of sufficient quality. - Interact with Enterprise, domain architects etc. to ensure that the proposed architectures are in line with clients architecture guidelines and standards

The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in Central Finance (CFIN) implementations combined with expertise in SAP Fiori. Previous experience in a banking environment is a significant advantage and will be highly valued. Minimum Years Experience: 5 Years. 5 Key Skills Required: • Extensive SAP CFIN Implementation Experience: Proven track record of successfully implementing Central Finance solutions. • SAP Fiori Expertise: Hands-on experience configuring and using SAP Fiori applications in CFIN projects. • Finance Process Knowledge: Strong understanding of finance operations, reporting, and data flows. • Data Integration Skills: Proficiency in integrating data between SAP systems and other financial platforms. • Banking Industry Knowledge (Preferred): Familiarity with banking environments and their specific financial processes. 5 Areas of Responsibility: • Lead the design and setup of the first phase of the SAP Central Finance implementation. • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. • Configure and optimize SAP Fiori applications to enhance user experience and functionality. • Ensure data consistency and integration between SAP CFIN and legacy systems. • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members and support project stakeholders throughout the implementation process.
