We are seeking an experienced SAP HCM Consultant with in-depth expertise in German payroll and practical, hands-on experience with ServiceNow incident management. This role is for a large German retailer undergoing a pivotal phase of transformation and operational excellence.

– Hands-on expertise with ServiceNow incident management processes and tools.

– Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
– Flexibility to attend occasional customer visits within Germany.

5 Áreas de responsabilidad:

– Provide expert consultancy on SAP HCM with a strong focus on German payroll processes.
– Manage and resolve incidents via the ServiceNow platform, ensuring timely issue resolution.
– Collaborate with client teams to understand system requirements and deliver solutions aligned with business needs.
– Support system enhancements and payroll compliance in accordance with German regulations.
– Conduct knowledge transfer sessions and prepare documentation for internal teams.
