SAP Concur Project Manager

We are looking for a skilled SAP Concur Project Manager to oversee the global roll-out of an expense management solution for our client. In this role, you will manage the full life cycle of the SAP Concur implementation, from planning and coordination to execution, ensuring successful deployment across multiple regions.

Se requieren 5 habilidades clave:

– Experience in global/multinational environments, understanding of local compliance and financial regulations related to expense management.
– Knowledge of travel and expense (T&E) management best practices.
– Strong understanding of financial processes, including procurement, invoicing, and employee reimbursement policies.
– Minimum 5+ years of experience managing large-scale, complex projects, ideally in finance, HR, or IT systems.
– Experience in international roll outs or global project management, with an understanding of the complexities and nuances of implementing systems across multiple regions and regulatory environments.

5 Áreas de responsabilidad:

– Lead the SAP Concur implementation project, ensuring the solution is deployed according to company standards, within scope, on time, and within budget.
– Plan and coordinate the international roll-out of SAP Concur, working with global stakeholders to ensure that local requirements are met while maintaining global consistency.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams and identify and mitigate risks, addressing potential issues that could impact the project’s success, and developing contingency plans as needed.
– Gather and analyse business requirements to configure the SAP Concur system in line with company expense management policies and compliance requirements.
– Manage relationships with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring clear communication, reporting on progress, and managing expectations throughout the project life cycle.
