We are currently recruiting a highly experienced SAP Delivery Manager to join our dynamic team on a permanent basis. This role will be based in Germany, with the flexibility to work remotely or onsite, depending on the client requirements.

– Proven experience as an SAP Delivery Manager or in a similar leadership role within a consulting environment.
– Strong expertise in managing large-scale SAP implementations, migrations, and rollouts across multiple industries.
– In-depth knowledge of SAP modules (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, SAP ERP, FICO, SD, MM) and SAP technologies.
– Excellent understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools.
– Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.

– Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of complex SAP implementation and transformation projects for our clients.
– Oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of SAP projects to ensure they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
– Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure alignment of project goals, objectives, and outcomes.
– Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor for SAP solutions and ensuring customer satisfaction.
– Manage a team of SAP consultants, architects, and other project resources, ensuring optimal utilization and development.
