We are seeking an experienced Dutch speaking SAP Enable Now Consultant to join our team and play a pivotal role in delivering innovative training and enablement solutions. As an SAP Enable Now expert, you will design, develop, and implement digital adoption and learning strategies to optimize the use of SAP solutions across our organization or clients’ environments.

– Proven experience as an SAP Enable Now Consultant, Trainer, or similar role.
– Strong understanding of SAP Enable Now features, including Web Assistant, Desktop Assistant, Producer, and Manager.
– Experience working with SAP modules (e.g., S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, Ariba, etc.) and integrating element solutions.
– Proficiency in creating and delivering training content, with excellent instructional design skills.
– Knowledge of adult learning principles, digital adoption strategies, and change management.

– Configure and deploy SAP Enable Now tools, including Web Assistant and Desktop Assistant, for in-application guidance.
– Ensure smooth integration of SAP Enable Now with various SAP modules (e.g., S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, Ariba).
– Conduct virtual workshops, webinars, and training sessions for end-users and stakeholders.
– Provide clear guidance and practical demonstrations on using SAP Enable Now tools effectively.
– Work closely with clients, project managers, and functional teams to identify enablement needs and gather requirements.
