SAP SF Compensation Consultant

Engagement Type: SAP SuccessFactors Compensation Consultant.

Description: We are looking for SAP SuccessFactors Consultant, who has experience with Compensations module to support the ongoing SAP SF Implementation project globally for one of our customers within Telecoms sector.

Minimum Years Experience: 5 Years.

5 compétences clés requises:

– SAP SuccessFactors.
– SAP SF Compensation.
– Prior SAP SF Compensation project experience.
– Certifications in SAP SF and/or SF Compensation.
– Industry experience – bonus.

5 domaines de responsabilité:

– Participated in end-to-end SAP SF Compensation project activities.
– Communicate with Stakeholders and Senior level of the business to gather requirement and translate them to the IT team.
– Conduct system testing and troubleshooting.
– Act as an advisor to the business to provide the best solutions that align with the Business needs.
– Provide an ongoing support and end-user training in the post go-live stages of the project.
