SAP Solutions Manager

Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive support across all SAP solution areas, including Basis, ABAP, Java, JavaScript, BW/BI, Data Services, SAP Security, PI/PO, GRC, FI/CO, Logistics (LO), Supplier Relationship Management (SRM), Human Capital Management (HCM) – Payroll, Time Management, and Solution Manager.
Collaborate with county teams to manage project tasks related to system architecture, technical release, and application customization.
Identify and manage changes, collaborating with development teams and architects to design technical solutions and produce design/functional specifications.
Apply subject matter expertise to solve complex business issues within established guidelines and recommend appropriate alternatives.
Support operational infrastructure, system integration, and administration of security roles.
Qualifications
Strong technical skills in SAP modules and related technologies.
Experience in project management, system architecture, and application customization.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to design and implement technical solutions.
Problem-solving skills to address complex business issues and recommend solutions.
Experience in managing system integration and maintaining operational infrastructure.
Desired Skills
Proficiency in programming languages such as ABAP, Java, and JavaScript.
Knowledge of SAP security protocols and data management services.
Familiarity with SAP’s governance, risk, and compliance frameworks.
Experience with SAP’s financial and human capital management modules.
