SAP SuccessFactors Consultant – PMGM

Engagement Type: SAP SuccessFactors Consultant (PMGM) – Freelance Contract

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP SuccessFactors Consultant specializing in Performance and Goal Management (PMGM) to join our team for an exciting freelance opportunity with one of our prestigious clients in Malmö, Sweden. This role involves hands-on consulting, configuration, and collaboration with key stakeholders to deliver a top-notch PMGM solution that meets the client’s needs.

– Proven experience in SAP SuccessFactors with a strong focus on Performance and Goal Management (PMGM).
– Excellent understanding of SuccessFactors architecture, work-flows, and configuration.
– Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
– Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English.
– Prior experience working onsite with clients, ideally in Sweden or similar environments

– Analyse business requirements and translate them into effective SuccessFactors PMGM solutions.
– Configure and implement SuccessFactors PMGM modules to align with the client’s objectives.
– Provide subject matter expertise, guiding the client on best practices and optimal use of the PMGM solution.
– Collaborate with project teams and end users to ensure seamless integration and adoption.
– Conduct training sessions and workshops as required.
