Deep understanding of UK payroll legislation, compliance, and best practices. Demonstrable experience in payroll system implementations, upgrades, or migrations. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. 5 Areas of Responsibility: Act as the go-to SME for payroll systems, particularly iTrent and SAP SuccessFactors ECP. Provide expert advice and solutions for payroll processes, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Lead the configuration, testing, and deployment of payroll system enhancements and integrations. Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT teams to streamline workflows and optimize payroll operations. Troubleshoot and resolve system issues to maintain operational efficiency.
