Engagement Type: SAP IMRO Consultant

Description: We are seeking an experienced SAP IMRO (Industrial Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul) Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in SAP IMRO solutions, supporting MRO operations in industries such as aerospace, defense, and manufacturing. This role involves implementing, optimizing, and maintaining SAP IMRO functionalities to enhance operational efficiency and compliance.

Minimum Years Experience: 5 Years.

• Strong experience in SAP IMRO, SAP PM (Plant Maintenance), or SAP EAM (Enterprise Asset Management).
• Strong understanding of MRO business processes in aerospace, defense, or heavy industries.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA and integration with other SAP modules like MM, SD, and PP.
• Hands-on experience with work order management, maintenance planning, and repair process flows.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work in a cross-functional team environment.

• Implement and configure SAP IMRO solutions to support maintenance, repair, and overhaul processes.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into SAP IMRO functionalities.
• Provide end-to-end support for MRO processes, including planning, execution, and cost tracking.
• Lead system enhancements, integrations, and SAP S/4HANA migration projects related to IMRO.
• Conduct user training, documentation, and post-go-live support to ensure optimal system utilization.
