Description: You will be customizing the HCM solution, handling configuration, solution design, and optimizations. As a customer-facing expert, you are skilled in delivering workshops and providing support in both German and English. Additionally, you’ll have the opportunity to learn from industry leaders and further enhance your expertise.

Minimum Years Experience: 5 Years.

• In-depth knowledge of SAP HCM, with expertise in PA, PT, PY, and OM.
• Functional experience with SAP S/4HANA.
• Fluency in both German and English (C1 level or higher).
• Strong desire for continuous personal and professional development.
• Ability to thrive in a long-term role focused on skill enhancement.

5 Verantwoordelijkheidsgebieden:

• Customize the HCM solution, including configuration, solution design, and optimizations.
• Act as a customer-facing expert, confidently delivering workshops and support in both German and English.
• Handle complex solution implementations as an SAP HCM Functional Specialist.
• Regularly travel within Germany (up to 60%) to meet with customers and provide hands-on support.
• Contribute to SAP S/4HANA digital transformation projects as part of the HCM-specific team.
