SAP SF Support Team Lead

Engagement Type: SAP SF Support Team Lead.

Description: A Leading French Consultancy is looking for a SAP SF Team Lead to overlook the L1 and L2 Support Team with the tickets after the successful SAP SuccessFactors implementation.

Minimum Years Experience: 5 Years.

5 Belangrijke vaardigheden vereist:

– SAP SuccessFactors.
– Proven Leadership experience.
– Level 1 and Level 2 support in SAP SF and other HR applications
– English Language – must; French – bonus.
– On-site in Paris 2 days per week.

5 Verantwoordelijkheidsgebieden:

– Manage daily tickets from the key users of the Organisation.
– Implement a Ticket qualification tools in SAP SuccessFactors.
– Set up crisis management processes, and provide support to the payroll Team.
– Prepare extensions and upgrade of the system.
– Overlook the team of L1 and L2 support consultants and provide guidance when needed.
