SAP HCM Lead

Engagement Type: SAP HCM Time Lead

Description: We are looking for an experienced Freelance German speaking SAP HCM Time Lead to support an established project. This is a 6 month contract role, offering fully remote working arrangements.

Minimum Years Experience: 10 Years.

5 Key skills required:

– Proven experience in SAP HCM Swiss Time management implementation (at least three complete implementations for external clients)
– Capable of leading SAP Time implementation projects and supporting customers with incidents and change requests related to their time module and processes
– Solid understanding of Swiss legal payroll and time regulations
– Familiarity with overall end-to-end time processes
– Skilled in analysing and documenting Time & Attendance-related processes

5 Areas of responsibility:

– Set up time systems in SNOW
– Gather information on time configuration
– Collect localization details for time exchange
– Collaborate with the GTAS team on time solution configuration
– Conduct data validations within the time system
