Description: We have a Support position with a Publications Organisation to help with the on-demand support for SAP landscape. THis is purely ticket-based position, meaning the consultant will only engage as and when required by the business.
Minimum Years Experience: 5 Years.
5 Key Skills Required:
– SAP BASIS.
– SAP ECC 6.0.
– Experience in SAP system monitoring and troubleshooting.
– Ability to work independently and manage priorities/time effectively.
– Worked in the support or ticket-based environment before.
5 Areas of Responsibility:
– Respond to the support tickets in a timely manner.
– Perform troubleshooting and issue resolution in SAP environments.
– Collaborate with functional and technical teams to resolve critical issues.
– Document resolutions and provide recommendations for recurring issues.
– Monitor system health and apply fixes when necessary.
