SAP Payroll Solution Architect

Engagement Type: SAP HR & Payroll Solution Architect (SuccessFactors EC Payroll Implementation)

We are seeking an experienced SAP HR & Payroll Solution Architect to lead the end-to-end implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll for a prestigious end-customer. This is a 12- month contract based in London, requiring 3 days per week on-site.

Key Skills Required:

– Proven experience in SAP HR and Payroll solutions with a focus on SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (EC Payroll).
– Strong understanding of end-to-end payroll processes, including payroll compliance, tax, and statutory requirements.
– Extensive experience in leading SAP Payroll implementations in large-scale organizations, ideally in a Solution Architect or Lead Consultant role.
– In-depth knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors, Employee Central, and integration techniques with other HR systems.
– Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.

Areas of Responsibility:

– Lead the design, implementation, and integration of SAP SuccessFactors EC Payroll within the organization.
– Collaborate with business stakeholders, HR, and IT teams to understand requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
– Provide technical expertise and leadership in SAP HR and Payroll best practices, ensuring compliance with local and global payroll regulations.
– Manage and oversee all phases of the project life cycle, including discovery, blueprinting, configuration, testing, and go-live support.
– Drive payroll process optimization, data migration, and integration with SuccessFactors Employee Central and other systems.
