SAP Project Manager

Engagement Type: SAP Project Manager – S/4HANA Transformation

Description: We are seeking a skilled SAP Project Manager to lead an S/4HANA transformation project, focusing on Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes. The ideal candidate will have extensive project management expertise in SAP, combined with strong functional knowledge of procurement and inventory management. This role demands hands-on leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to align diverse stakeholders toward successful project delivery.

Minimum Years Experience: 5 Years.

5 Key Skills Required:

• Proven experience managing SAP transformation projects, including S/4HANA implementations, with a focus on Source-to-Pay processes.
• Strong understanding of SAP modules related to procurement (MM, Ariba, or similar) and integration with inventory management.
• Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, or SAP Activate certification) is highly desirable.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience in engaging technical teams, business users, and senior management.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, timelines, and risk in complex enterprise environments.

5 Areas of Responsibility:

• Lead the end-to-end S/4HANA transformation project, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize Source-to-Pay processes within the S/4HANA environment.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, tracking progress, and reporting to stakeholders at regular intervals.
• Oversee risk identification and mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
• Coordinate and facilitate system testing, training, and user adoption activities, ensuring business readiness for go-live.
